"Rollout" department takes a comprehensive approach and solves the following tasks:

• manages projects based on international standards;
• performs work on finding new sites for networking and conducting pre-survey;
• provides administrative and legal support to the search for new sites;
• designing communication facilities;
• perform construction work on their own or with the help of hired subcontractors;
• performs overhaul and repair of premises on their own or with the help of hired subcontractors;
• provides construction the necessary material and technical resources and mechanisms.
