«Line System Engineering» was created in 2009.

LSE today is a growing outsourcer in the field of telecommunication solutions for service providers and business customers.

Main activities: design, construction and operation of telecommunication networks. The company has branches in Astana, Atyrau, Pavlodar and Shymkent and offices in all regional centers and operates throughout the Republic.

The company has over 800 highly skilled employees engaged in current operations throughout Kazakhstan, more than 50 equipped and operational teams mobilized for the construction of telecommunications facilities, an experienced top management of local and foreign professionals in the industry.

The main components of a successful business of our company:

• Territory of presence. We work all over the Kazakhstan and, if necessary we are ready to implement projects beyond the Republic.
• Trained personnel. Our personnel and our partners have the necessary expertise and equipment.
• Quick mobilization. If the project will need a greater number of working teams, we and our partners have reserves.
• Individual approach. Parameters are calculated individually for each project. Responsible approach to the interests of the Client remains unchanged.
• Flexibility. We are ready to accept non-standard solutions and to master new areas of partnership in the development of mutually beneficial cooperation.

Our company has implemented a Quality Management System according to the National Standard ST RK ISO 9001-2009, the Environmental Management System of ST RK ISO 14001-2006, Occupational Safety Management System OHSAS 18001-2008 ST RK and develops in the direction of improvement.

We are Line System Engineering group of companies, a smooth- running Team that possesses the largest qualified personnel commonly present in all regions of the country rendering services on construction and maintenance of mobile communication base stations.
